These terms govern the use of this website. By browsing it or submitting the contact form, you accept the conditions below.

1. Site owner

This site is operated by Shacode, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at support@shacode.com.ar.

2. Purpose

This site is informational and commercial: it describes the custom software development, AI automation, mobile development and cybersecurity consulting services we offer, and provides a contact channel to request a proposal.

3. Site content is not a binding offer

The information published, including indicative timelines and service descriptions, is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer. Any engagement requires a specific written proposal accepted by both parties. Final timelines, scope and pricing are set out solely in that agreement.

4. Permitted use

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use it to send unlawful, offensive or misleading content, attempt to compromise its security or availability, scrape data in an automated way without authorisation, or impersonate another person when completing the form.

5. Intellectual property

The Shacode name, its logo, and the text, design and code of this site are owned by Shacode or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is not permitted without our prior written consent.

6. Code ownership in client projects

As stated on this site, in the projects we build for clients the source code, repositories and database belong to the client from the start of the project. The precise scope of that assignment is set out in each project's contract.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify it for maintenance, updates or technical reasons without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in this clause limits the rights granted to you on a non-waivable basis by consumer protection law.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to pages operated by third parties. We do not control their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them. We recommend reviewing their terms before use.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data you send through the form is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule provides otherwise.
